At Moorabbin Home Furnishers, we want you to absolutely love your purchase.

Our Goods are designed and constructed to be used for domestic purposes or in commercial or controlled environments ( and offices).

If you discover your recent purchase does not fit/match when you get it home, just let us know and we will do what we can to assist you.

We will happily exchange your product(s) for product(s) of equivalent value, offer a store credit and in some cases provide you with a full refund at our discretion.

If you buy online and choose the AFTERPAY option please note that a service fee will be with-held (approx. 6% of the total sale).

There are no refunds or returns for change of mind after the applicable cooling off period as stated in detail above.

Please note that your 10% deposit (of total order) will be lost IF you do not cancel the order within the cooling off period.

Refunds/returns are only available where the product is returned undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, complete with instruction manuals, assembly instructions and accessories.

Under relevant health regulations, all soft furnishing items (including mattresses, pillows, mattress toppers, mattress protectors etc.) are non-refundable unless faulty. We encourage you to make your selection carefully prior to your purchase(s).

Moorabbin Home Furnishers supplier warranties do not cover, and we are not liable for, any fading or other change in colouration (“exposure”), any damage caused by general day to day wear and tear (“general usage”) or if the goods are used in a manner outside of their prescribed or ordinary use.


Please note the you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Moorabbin Home Furnishers cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All faults or defects should be reported to us within 7 days of the defect or fault appearing to avoid any further damage.


Refunds can only be paid to the customer whose personal details are noted on the Tax Invoice.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

If you purchased using a credit card, any refund will be processed to that card.

Please note that processing times for refunds to credit/debit cards are outside of our control.


All our Mattress are covered under warranties which differ from two (2) years up to (10) ten; depending on the mattress.

If you believe your product may have a manufacturing fault, please contact us directly and we will arrange an inspection. Each of our manufacturers provide warranties and guarantees for faults or defects under Australian Consumer Law.

If the product fault cannot be safely determined by us, we will contact the manufacturer to do an ‘in home’ inspection. The Manufacturer will determine the fault (if any) and plans to repair/replace will be made accordingly to each individual case.

Please choose carefully. Most of our products can’t be resold once unwrapped, due to health or hygiene reasons. If you change your mind or find the mattress unsuitable to your needs we are unable to refund or exchanged if the product has been used (slept in) or soiled.

The guarantee excludes:

  1. Damage caused by burns, misuse, neglect or accident.
  2. Normal wear and tear, including normal body impressions
  3. Goods found in an unsanitary condition.
  4. Incorrect choice by the purchaser (e.g. comfort choice or size).
  5. Mattress used on a sagging or inadequate base.
  6. Fabric stains, soiling, burns or fraying caused by rubbing (e.g. on a slat base).
  7. Border wires and spring coils found to be bent due to inappropriate handling, folding, sitting on the mattress edge, standing or jumping on the product.
  8. Handles that have been used to lift the weight of the mattress.
  9. Minor manufacturing irregularities.
